Cancellation Policy

​When you book an appointment at Time Off Wellness, that time is set aside especially for you.

 

I truly value your time, and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer the space to someone else.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, full payment will be required. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please wait for confirmation from me — your appointment isn’t amended until you’ve received a reply.

 

If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid impacting the next client, and in some cases, we may need to reschedule. For prepaid treatments or courses, payments are non-refundable if you decide not to continue. However, I’m always happy for you to transfer the value to a different treatment. Thank you so much for your understanding.

 

These policies allow me to protect the calm, unhurried experience I want every client to enjoy at Time Off Wellness.
